Outside of the office, you will likely find her outside hiking, biking, paddling, boating or chasing a sunset. You will also find her enjoying a healthy meal, leading a Bible study, or playing a spirited game of euchre with those she loves and who bring her joy.

With a unique blend of expertise in business development, executive coaching, corporate training, enablement, and over 25 years of experience in the life sciences sales industry, Jennifer brings an integrative approach to leadership and professional development.

She has an appreciation for analytically-minded business professionals and their need to achieve success. By identifying barriers, uncovering growth opportunities, and crafting actionable strategies, Jennifer supports clients in achieving both organizational and personal success. Her down-to-earth candor creates an open, productive space for meaningful transformation.

Lalita Badinehal
Leadership and Integration Coach

Lalita’s coaching approach “Integration with a Foundation of Wellbeing” was born from her awareness that without integrating all that is important to us, we leave fulfillment on the table, and that without a foundation of wellbeing, we cannot sustain our impact. Lalita’s experience has spanned working in the financial services space with organizations including Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs, and in the social impact space working with nonprofits and foundations, with organizations including Acumen, and the Credit Suisse Americas Foundation for over 25 years. People strategy, what motivates people intrinsically, why people stay or leave, how to retain them, has always been a passion of hers no matter what functional role she hasheld. Lalita holds an MBA from The University of Chicago and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also a practitioner of mindfulness and meditation.
