The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) Assessment is the proprietary, research-backed assessment tool, created by iPEC, that takes something abstract, like the way a person views the world, and turns it into something tangible — a metric that you can see and feel and even reevaluate in the future.
You’ve probably taken personality tests, like Myers Briggs, DiSC, and Enneagram, but this is different… and transformational!
The ELI is an attitudinal assessment tool that captures how an individual currently perceives and approaches work and life. This means that you learn to make change happen in real-time when you encounter a moment of self-doubt, fear, or frustration. With the awareness and insights gained through the Energy Leadership Index debrief, you have the opportunity to reshape your attitudes and worldview and transform your reality into the one you envision.
Those who proceed on to engage in coaching with the option to leverage the iPEC Energy Leadership™ Development System, often experience higher productivity and better morale in their organization, while personally experiencing enhanced relationships, greater confidence, and elevated leadership skills.

This simple online assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete and is later followed by an individual Energy Leadership™ Index debrief session with a coach.
During the process, you’ll learn about the 7 levels of leadership and how much of each level you typically experience when under stress and when under normal conditions. You will find out your overall Average Resonating Level (A.R.L.)* And you will gain insights into where you are investing your energy and start to see a path to less stress and higher performance. This is significant since studies show that those with a higher A.R.L. are more satisfied and earn more income.

Schedule Your Debrief
This personalized virtual debrief session typically lasts just under 90 minutes. During this time you will be debriefed on the findings of the assessment and coached on how to navigate yourself to higher performance. You can expect to have a heightened awareness of the world around you and see things more clearly.
If you choose to engage further, you’ll be coached on how to become your ideal image of who you need to be as a leader for yourself, your situation, division, team, and/or company.
After ordering your assessment, schedule your debrief a week or more out to allow time for you to take the assessment and for the results to come in.
